Boeing's Starliner Astronaut Mission Set to Launch
Liftoff Scheduled for Wednesday from Cape Canaveral
Critical Test Flight to Prove Space Capsule's Readiness
Boeing's highly anticipated Starliner astronaut mission is finally set to launch on Wednesday from Cape Canaveral, Florida. The mission will carry NASA astronauts Butch Wilmore and Suni Williams to the International Space Station (ISS) for a critical test flight.
The Starliner has been plagued by technical issues in the past, with two previous attempts to launch a crewed mission to the ISS being aborted. Saturday's launch attempt was also called off minutes before liftoff due to a technical problem.
This upcoming launch is a pivotal moment for Boeing's commercial space capsule. If successful, it will prove that the Starliner is ready to carry astronauts to and from the ISS and open up a new era of commercial space exploration.
